Nintend-whoa! Here Comes The Humble Nindie Bundle!

Posted by in Gaming |

In a surprising move, Nintendo have become the latest to partner Humble Bundle, unveiling their offer of the “Humble Nindie Bundle”.

The bundle showcases a number of indie titles, but it is not only notable for Nintendo being involved, bur rather because it’s also the first time console games have been offered as part of a Humble Bundle as titles on Nintendo’s Wii U and 3DS platforms are being made available.

As is usual with the Humble Bundles, the Humble Nindie Bundle is offered on a Pay What You Want basis with your own choice of how much of your purchase amount goes towards the Developers, as a tip towards Humble Bundle, and charity (which this time is Code.org).

The titles on offer for the lowest tier are Guacamelee! (Turbo Championship Edition) on Wii U, with Whoa Dave! and Mighty Switch Force! on 3DS.

On offer for the tier paying more than the average (which is $9.23 at time of writing) are The Fall and OlliOlli on Wii U, with OlliOlli and Moon Chronicles on 3DS.

Paying more than $10 offers Stealth Inc 2 and SteamWorld Dig on Wii U, with SteamWorld Dig on 3DS.

More games are set to be added later on (Update: Now revealed to be Moon Chronicles and Gunman Clive on 3DS, with Sportsball and BIT.TRIP Presents…Runner 2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien on Wii U), with anyone paying more than the average before then automatically gaining them too at that time.

The downside to all of this however is that the Humble Nindie Bundle is restricted to certain countries only, with the full list available in an article on the Humble Bundle Support site.
